Bulgaria President dissolved parliament

President of Bulgaria Rumed Rada Rada his decree dismissed the National Assembly – the country’s parliament – and appointed new elections on July 11. This is reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the head of the Bulgarian state. For such a step, he went after the parties could not form the ruling coalition.

“President Rumen Radev dismisses its decree 45th National Assembly on May 12, 2021. The head of state appoints the parliamentary elections on July 11 of this year,” the agency leads the text of the press service statement.

The head of state appointed the technical office of ministers, and the head of the technical government was made by the former Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Defense of Stephen Yanev. Temporary authorities will begin to work on May 12.

Negotiations on the creation of the ruling coalition were conducted from the moment of the elections on April 4th. None of the parties were able to receive the support of the parliamentary majority.
