Negotiations on “satellite V” between Russia and Germany went to a dead end

Negotiations between Russia and Germany for the supply of vaccine from Coronavirus “Satellite V” went to a dead end, says the German newspaper BILT, referring to the Working Group in the German Ministry of Health. About this on Sunday, May 9, TASS reports.

Earlier it was reported about the intention of Germany to buy 30 million doses of “satellite V”, as stated by the Prime Minister of the German federal land of Saxony Mikhael Krechmer. He argued that if the European Medicinal Agency (EMA) gives its approval for the use of the vaccine, the drug will be purchased in the summer in three stages.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel in turn declared that the purchase of the Russian vaccine would make sense if she received the EMA certificate soon, and not for months.
