Major product manufacturers and trading networks spoke about possible problems with the delivery of products to Moscow related to the emergence of the new rules for the movement of trucks in the capital. It is reported by the newspaper Kommersant.

So, because of the new rules, the carriers began to abandon orders, because they are not ready to assume possible risks associated with this. For example, a violation that recorded a chamber threatens 5 thousand rubles a fine, reminded Vice-President of the Russian Motor Transportation Union Valery Alekseev.

However, this requires a larger number of drivers and increases expenses, the head of the National Meat Association Sergei Yushin.

Some carriers and at all refused to receive new passes due to allegedly incorrectly executed documents, Yushin added. The interlocutor of the publication in a large food company noted that the execution of documents takes several weeks. Therefore, the failure at the first appeal actually means that transport will remain without skipping to the May holidays.

At the same time, the representative of the “Draftsman” said that on April 29, there was information about the possibility of issuing a temporary pass for five days. It would help to avoid losses before receiving constant, he noted.
