Russian Embassy in Sudan denied the allegations that Khartoum suspended the Agreement on the construction of the Russian Sea Base in the Red Sea. The diplomatic confinement reported this in Instagram .

On the suspension of the agreement before approving by its Parliament, the sovereign Council of Sudan or the Government of the country became known on the eve, on April 28.
