Specialists of the Branch of the Space Center “East” (branch of the Center for Operations of Ground Space Infrastructure) and the Scientific and Production Association of the name of S.A. Lavochkina (included in the state corporation “Roscosmos”) at the filling-gas station of the cosmodrome Eastern carry out the refueling unit “frigate” of fuel components and compressed gases.
Overclocking block “Frigate” Production of NGOs Lavochkina is designed to start within a contract with a foreign customer with an Eastern cosmodrome, scheduled for the end of May. Works on refueling “frigate” in accordance with the schedule will be held until May 13, 2021.
In parallel in the installation and test case of spacecraft, experts carry out pneumatic and electrotypes of the other accelerating unit “Frigate”, designed to start as part of a contract with foreign customers planned for July.
Starting the fourth batch of 36 ONEB spacecraft from the Eastern cosmodrome is scheduled for May 2021. The fifth fully commercial start with an Eastern cosmodrome, implemented by the French company Arianespace for OneWeb from a Russian cosmodrome, is expected in July.
