Russia will discuss with United States without conflict

Russia will discuss with the United States to exist without conflict and strategic safety. The deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sergey Ryabkov said during a meeting in the Federation Council, his words are given on the site of the upper chamber of parliament.

Ryabkov noted that the arms control system is in the crisis due to the desire of the United States and their allies to preserve domination in the world. According to the diplomat, Washington believes in the possibility of achieving full security, but the control of arms becomes a serious obstacle for him, because limits the possibilities of the United States to build military potential. “We still have to analyze how these concepts may be and will be in principle modified by the administration of Byyden,” said Ryabkov.

At the same time, the diplomat said that, on behalf of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, Moscow had already suggested Washington to start negotiations on strategic security. According to Ryabkov, the parties will discuss ways to solve existing problems in this area and the creation of a conflict-free existence environment.

Russian-American relations worsened in March after a sharp statement by US President Joe Bayden to Putin. In addition, on April 15, Biden signed a decree on the introduction of new sanctions against Russia. Restrictions affected more than 30 individuals and legal entities. Among the grounds for their introduction, allegedly hostile activity of Russia in the cybersfer, interference in the US elections or other foreign countries. As part of the US sanctions package, 10 Russian diplomats from Washington are sent.

In response, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia published a list of sanctions against the United States. Moscow will refuse 10 American diplomats, take measures to end the hiring of citizens of Russia and third countries to the Embassy or the US Consulate Protection and to ban American diplomats of the trip beyond the locations of their basing.
