Shares “Sberbank” went up to a historic maximum

The cost of ordinary shares “Sberling” exceeded 300 rubles per piece and has rise in price to a new historical maximum. During the auction on Tuesday, April 27, securities rose to 308.8 rubles. As of 13:30 one share costs 299.4 rubles.

The previous maximum was raised by trading on April 26, then the stock price updated the historical maximum: quotes rose to 296.34 rubles, the paper went up by more than 1 percent. Prior to this, record importance for the ordinary shares “Sberbank” was established on January 12, 2021. Since the beginning of the year, Sberbank ordinary shares rose by 10 percent.

In early April, “Sber” reported on financial results in RAS in March 2021. Net profit increased by 66.3 percent to the same period last year – up to 103.3 billion rubles.

Also in April, it became known that the Sberbank controlling stake, which the state bought from the Central Bank, went up for a trillion rubles for the year. The fact that the state will buy a PCB package in Sberbank at the market value (50 percent plus 1 share) at the expense of the national welfare fund (FNB), it became known in February last year.
