Brazilian regulator did not allow import of “satellite V”

The Brazilian National Sanitary Supervision Agency ANVISA did not allow the import and use of the Russian vaccine from Coronavirus “Satellite V” in the country. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

The regulator rejected the appropriate request of regional governments before providing “missing information.”

Earlier, the Ministry of Science of Brazil recognized the Russian vaccine safe, and also approved the commercial release of the drug in the country. A few months before, January 13, the production of “satellite V” began in Brazil.
