US will remove sanctions from Iran under one condition

has become aware of the new US Offer for Iran on a nuclear transaction: Washington is ready to remove sanctions from Tehran under one condition. This reports Politico.

In exchange for this, Iran will have to suspend some types of nuclear activities and stop enriching uranium up to 20 percent. The POLITICO source clarified that the details are still being worked out. The administration of American president Joe Bayiden plans to put forward a new proposal for a joint comprehensive plan of action (ACPD) already this week.

At the same time, Tehran considered such conditions “unequal” and suggested suspending uranium enrichment for a month in exchange for the abolition of all sanctions. According to Politico, USA and Iran, “several weeks have been exchanged for ideas” about negotiations.

The fact that the Biden administration considers the possibility of mitigating sanctions against Iran, which were introduced during the period of the previous president of Donald Trump, were reported back at the end of February. However, Tehran refuses informal meetings about CVPD.

Iran’s CFD contract was concluded in the summer of 2015 between Tehran and six intermediary countries. Later, Iran was caught in gross violations of agreements. In early May 2018, Trump announced the unilateral yield of Washington from the transaction and the resumption of anti-Iranian sanctions. Iran reported a refusal to agreements on CRPD in January 2020.
