Ambassador of Czech Republic was summoned to Russian Foreign Ministry

Ambassador of the Czech Republic in Moscow Vitezlaslav Pivonka was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the source.

Earlier, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharov announced response relating to the expulsion of Russian diplomats from the Czech Republic. She reported that the country would soon announce concrete steps to the actions of the Prague authorities.

Czech Republic announced the expulsion from the country of 18 Russian diplomats on April 17. They are suspected of working on Russian special services, which Prague considers it involved in the explosions in Vrbetice in 2014.
