The Minister of Health of Belarus Dmitry Pinevich was given to the Russian vaccine from Coronavirus “Satellite V” from its first industrial batch produced in the republic. The message appeared on the Press Service page of the Ministry of Health in Telegram.
It is noted that in this way he officially introduced a batch of substance into a mass turnover. It will be sent to the medical facilities of the country to immunize citizens. “Promised – done!” – the press service says. The minister’s well-being after injection is not yet reported.
Industrial production of vaccine from coronavirus “Satellite V” began on March 25. The trial series of the Russian drug in the country was released on February 26th. It is planned that the republic will produce up to 500 thousand doses of substance every month.
Earlier, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko wished “stand on the shoulders of Russia” and create its own vaccine from Coronavirus, which will be “the best in the world.” He said that the fast development of the drug will be provided by the fact that local specialists already know something “and can use the experience of Russia, Europe and China.
