The official representative of the US Department of State Ned Price called the condition to normalize relations with Belarus. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

Price added that the United States retains diplomatic relations with Belarus. “We always hoped that the normalization of these relationship would occur, and it still remains our goal,” he said.
