Some owners of the Redmi Note 10 series devices said that problems are associated with the incorrect operation of the device display. In some cases, the screen sensor stops responding to touch or responds with a delay. Also, a number of owners of gadgets found lights and flicker – especially with a reduced display brightness.
On the user’s complaint responded to the Indian division of Xiaomi India. Representatives of the corporation stated that the company knows about the problem with devices and work on its solution. Probably Xiaomi will offer the owners of defective phones free replacement or refund. The corporations noted that her products undergo strict verification to meet high quality standards.
Also in the Xiami statement, it was said that the defect touched a small number of devices. At the same time, representatives of the corporation brought apologies to the owners of defective devices.
