Zhinan referred to the recommendations of scientists, according to which, with a regular refusal of gadgets 30 minutes before sleep, the quality of recreation increases for four weeks. “Tonight – before bedtime – set aside your phone away,” the specialist concluded.

At the end of 2020, the neurologist “SM-Clinic” Maria Ignatova explained the danger of sleep next to the phone. According to Ignatova, all gadgets have a radio frequency radiation, which is absorbed by the tissues of the human body and, as a result, negatively affects its health. At the same time, the specialist stressed that reliable data on the negative impact of radiation is not smartphones on the human body.
