Business Ombudsman Boris Titov called a number of measures that will help create in Russia by 2030 society “Middle Outcomes”, writes RIA Novosti.
He believes that it is possible to drastically improve the quality of life of citizens and reduce social inequality. This will create in Russia “strong, powerful middle class”. At the same time, Titov said that the economy can grow five percent annually.
Business Ombudsman is confident that the transition from the “resource” and “competitive” model of growth, as well as the creation of modern high-yield jobs in private industries in the non-religion sector. This method will help create a society “middle wealth”. In addition, Titov called on “to ensure economic growth not at the expense of low labor costs, but by increasing the incomes of the population, the development of the middle class.”
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin demanded to achieve an advanced increase in the incomes of the population and an increase in investments in the regions from the list of “laggards”. Kurgan Region, Adygea, Altai, Kalmykia, Karelia, Mari El, Tyva, Chuvashia, Altai Territory and Pskov region.
