European authorities gathered to catch up with the United States and China in the field of technology and for this want to change the laws relating to the work of startups, writes CNBC.

In particular, it is proposed to simplify the procedure for issuing workers visas to citizens of third countries, which are hired by local startups. It is also planned to change the tax legislation in such a way that the income on the options received on the options for employees shares was taxed only after their sale, and not at the time of purchase, as now.
The National EU Standard for Startapov was proposed – the structure created on the initiative of the European Commission. At the moment, 24 countries of the Union have entered into it – everything except Hungary, Bulgaria and Croatia. The purpose of the authority is to create attractive conditions for the work and development of European startups and reduce their backlog from American and Chinese.
