Today, March 2, 2021, at the Exhibition of the State Scientific and Practical Center named after M.V. Khrunichev, a sectoral agreement was signed between the State Corporation “Roscosmos”, LLC “SR RCP of Russia” and the public association “Profobschemash of Russia”, concluded at the federal level of social partnership, regulating social and labor relations in organizations of the rocket and space industry.
This is the second sectoral agreement concluded between the State Corporation Roscosmos, OOO SR RCP of Russia and the public association Profobeshemash of Russia, which reflects the main aspects and trends in the development of personnel policy in the industry. The sectoral commission for the regulation of social and labor relations has developed joint decisions on the most important issues in the labor sphere. The main sections of the agreement are devoted to issues of remuneration and employment, working hours and rest time, labor protection, work with youth, and sectoral social policy. The agreement is the basis for negotiations in organizations when concluding collective agreements.
The solemn ceremony dedicated to the signing of the industry agreement was attended by Dmitry Rogozin, General Director of the Roscosmos State Corporation, Alexei Varochko, General Director of the Khrunichev State Research and Production Center, Stanislav Shchorba, Chairman of the Profo Generalmash of Russia, Acting President of OOOR “SR RCP of Russia” Svetlana Dirkova, representatives of the State Corporation “Roscosmos”, members of the Sectoral Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations.
