Ekaterina Dudareva, Deputy Chief Power Engineer, second-year postgraduate student at the Energomash Research and Production Association named after academician V.P. Glushko (part of the Roscosmos State Corporation) became a laureate of the XXI All-Russian competition “Engineer of the Year 2020” according to the version of “Engineering Art of the Young.”
Ekaterina Dudareva has been working at Energomash since 2017. Two years ago, she realized that further development was needed. “In the process of choosing educational programs, I decided that I wanted to get an academic degree. There was not even a choice in which postgraduate study to enroll – NPO Energomash provides employees with the opportunity to complete specialized postgraduate studies. At the end of 2020, Elena Sorokina, head of the postgraduate study at NPO Energomash, invited Ekaterina to send an application for participation in the “Engineer of the Year 2020” competition in the “Heat Power Engineering, Heat Technologies” category.
The jury of the All-Russian competition awarded Ekaterina Dudareva the title of Laureate of the “Engineer of the Year 2020” competition according to the “Engineering Art of the Young” version, with her name entered in the register of professional engineers in Russia. The organizing committee of the competition held a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners online. Director General of NPO Energomash Igor Arbuzov presented the diploma to Ekaterina at the general meeting of the team.
