Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Prince Albert II of Monaco asked Moscow to supply the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine for the entire population of a European country. He stated this in an interview with the RBC TV channel, the broadcast is available on the publication’s website.
The Foreign Minister said that the flow of applications from Europe regarding the purchase of the Russian drug is constantly growing. He stressed that after the publication of independent scientific assessments, Western countries had to admit that “the vaccine is good”.
Earlier, Lavrov described the attitude of the West to the Russian vaccine with the phrase “I want to, and I inject.” According to him, Western countries understand that Sputnik V, if not the best vaccine, is definitely among the first.
