According to the document, in 2021-2023, Belarusian enterprises will transship more than 9.8 million tons of cargo in Russian ports on the Baltic Sea. In particular, we are talking about products such as fuel oil, gasoline and oil.

It is also supposed to conclude contracts on the take-or-pay principle. If the consignor provides for the transshipment of products less than the agreed volume, the sea terminal will still receive payment for the entire agreed volume.
