Alfa-Bank entered top 5 rating of best employers in Russia

Alfa-Bank entered the top 5 rating “The best employers in Russia with more than 5 thousand employees” according to the largest Russian Internet recruiting company HeadHunter. The bank took part in the rating for the first time in the last 3 years and immediately took the fifth place. Compared to 2017, it has risen by 16 positions. This is reported by RBC.

In the crisis year 2020, Alfa-Bank fully retained the team. The Bank was the first in Russia to launch and scale up new format coworking spaces in the regions with a variety of public spaces, food courts, congress halls and free fitness clubs. The corporate university “Alfa-Academy” was opened, which can train up to three hundred people at a time.

“This year has once again shown how important the choice of employer is. Alfa-Bank is part of a powerful private financial and industrial group. At the same time, our flat management structure gives employees freedom of decision-making and creative implementation,” said Alfa-Bank HR Director Marat Ismagulov.

The HeadHunter Employer Rating is the largest and most authoritative rating of employers. More than 500 companies took part in it this year. According to the rating methodology, participants are assessed according to three criteria: external assessment (opinion of job seekers), assessment of the effectiveness of the HR department (data from HR professionals), internal assessment (opinion of company employees) in four categories.
