Pale feces may indicate the development of liver cancer. This unexpected symptom is mentioned in a memo from the Douglas Macmillan Cancer Charity, according to the Daily Express.
Among other signs of the disease, experts identified loss of appetite, weakness and nausea, as well as pain in the right side of the abdomen, bloating and yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes. “All this can be caused by other diseases, but you still need to see a doctor,” – noted the authors of the recommendations.
According to them, factors in the development of cancer include alcohol abuse, obesity, genetic predisposition and diabetes.
Earlier, specialists of the same organization listed the symptoms of throat cancer. Alarming signals can be the formation of a “bump” on the neck, which does not hurt, but constantly increases, difficulty swallowing, shortness of breath, coughing up blood and wheezing.
