“Subsidiary” of SME Corporation provided preferential leasing to a company from Far Eastern Federal District

Subsidiary of the SME Corporation Regional Leasing Company of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), within the framework of the leasing product “Sustainable Development”, provided the company “MFSB” from Yakutsk with support for the acquisition of a CNC plasma cutting machine on lease. The amount of financing was 1.3 million rubles, according to the message of the SME Corporation.

The company “MFSB” was founded in 2016 and specializes in performing work on the installation of steel building structures in the city of Yakutsk.

Plasma cutting machine with CNC of domestic production of the Plazmakroy trademark of the Master 6000m series is acquired by the company to improve the quality of products, reduce the time for production of products and, accordingly, increase the volume of products.

The leasing product “Sustainable Development” was launched by the SME Corporation to support small and medium-sized businesses in April 2020. The product provides for more flexible conditions for SMEs, including individual entrepreneurs. The minimum financing amount has been reduced to 500 thousand rubles. The maximum lease term has been increased to 84 months. An individual frequency of payments has been established, including the possibility of deferral and periods of moratorium on payments. The advance payment has also been reduced to 10 percent of the total cost.

Support for SMEs from the Far Eastern Federal District is one of the priority niches for the SME Corporation, SME Bank (a subsidiary bank of the SME Corporation) and regional leasing companies. In particular, SME Bank provides loans to SMEs from the Far Eastern Federal District at preferential interest rates.
