Dead “monster” found on coast of Crete

The remains of a mysterious creature were found on the Greek island of Crete, according to The Sun.

The remains of the “monster” were found on the northern coast of the island after a strong storm that lasted for several days. It resembles a small hippopotamus: it has four legs and no hair.

Social media users assume that this is a dead pig, dog or seal. Petros Lymperakis, curator of the vertebrate department of the Cretan Museum of Natural History, believes that the remains belong to a badger that has lost its fur and swollen after a long stay in the water. Genetic analysis will show which of these versions is correct.

Earlier on Sakhalin, tourists after a storm found the carcass of a mysterious sea creature on the coast … Local scientists suggest that it is a beak.
