Blender 3.5 Released for Free 3D Modeling

Blender Foundation has released Blender 3.5 for 3D modeling, computer graphics, simulation, rendering, and animation creation. The code is available for distribution under the GPL license. The new release is available for Linux, Windows, and MacOS systems. Additionally, Blender 3.3.5 has been released for long-term support (LTS). Support for this version will be available until September 2024.

Blender 3.5 comes with major improvements in forming hair and creating hairstyles using geometric nods. The new system allows users to generate various types of hair, fur, and grass. Users can utilize 26 built-in assets to aid in deformation, generation, guides, utilities, reading, and recording. For generating hair curves on specific mesh surfaces, the assets library has tools for duplicating typical hairs, interpolating hair curves, and mixing along curves.

In the “Utilities” group, tools are available for handling curves that determine the hairs to the surface, such as binding, alignment, and mixing. The new Blender 3.5 release is a significant improvement over previous versions, making 3D modeling, graphics, and animation creation more efficient and enjoyable.
