The investigation opened in July 2022 for sexual assault and harassment against the president of the finance committee of the National Assembly, Eric Coquerel (La France Insoumise) was classified without follow -up, learned the agency on Monday 20 February France-Presse (AFP) of a source close to the file.
Launched after the accusations of the left activist Sophie Tissier, the procedure was the subject of an unwelcome classification for insufficiently characterized offense on February 10, said the Paris prosecutor’s office to AFP.
