Israel Defense Army (PCAL) allowed the servicemen to immediately shoot on the defeat in Palestinians when attacking military and border objects. It is reported by the Israeli newspaper Kan.
PCAl made changes to the instruction, which determines the rules for the use of firearms against Palestinians, throwing stones and “Molotov cocktails”. From now on, soldiers are allowed to shoot in attacking violators who may hide from the crime scene.
In the past provisions of documents, it was allowed to open fire to defeat only those who were caught at the time of attack. Shooting running in the back was forbidden, and it caused strong dissatisfaction with the patriotic public. New instructions are allowed to kill running around with a single restriction – if the shooting is carried out immediately after the attack.
Earlier in November, the head of a partially recognized state of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas said that he was counting on the aid of Russian President Vladimir Putin in organizing an international peace conference on the settlement of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
The territory of the West Bank of the Jordan River is under the control of the IDF since 1967. Then these and some other lands were occupied by Tel Aviv at the end of the six-day war with the coalition of Arab states. Since then, Israel has been built up by Israel, settling their citizens.
