Britain did not prove involvement of Russia to incident with Ryanair aircraft

Britain did not prove the involvement of Russia to the incident with the Ryanair aircraft, which was urgently planted in Minsk. This was stated by the head of the British Foreign Ministry Dominic Raab, he quotes Reuters.

So, London failed to find evidence that Moscow was related to the incident, as a result of which the ex-commander of the Telegram channel Nexta Roman Protasevich was arrested.

At the same time, the head of the British claimed that the emergency landing of the liner could not have been “without silent consent” of Moscow. The Kremlin rejected all the charges.

If the involvement of the Russian side was proved, a new package of sanctions could be introduced against it. With such a proposal, members of the European Parliament were performed.

Meanwhile, the EU is already being prepared by sanctions against Belarus. We are talking about possible restrictions against the country’s largest enterprises.

On May 23, the airline of the Ryanair airline, following the route Athens – Vilnius, made an emergency landing in Minsk after reports of mining received from Minsk airport. Immediately after landing, Belarusian security forces detained on board Protasevich and his girl, Russians Sophia Sarega. European countries and the United States called it an act of state terrorism.
