“Now the import substitution program is again activated, in order to reduce addiction,” the first deputy prime minister stressed.
Earlier, Belousov accused Russian metallurgists in the “fattening” of the state about 100 billion rubles. According to him, from the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, metallurgical companies have increased the income “at times” – due to the increase in prices in the world and domestic markets. Metallurgists received must be returned to the budget in the form of taxes, Belousov is sure.
