Heirs who killed themselves billionaire shared his property

The heirs of the billionaire Dmitry Bosov, who killed himself last year, shared his assets and property, writes RBC.

The distribution of inheritance between eight applicants occurred by the decision of the notary. All of them received 10.82 percent in the Bosov Holding “Alltek”.

Among the heirs – the parents of the businessman, five children and the widow of Katerina Bosov. The owners of the minority shares of “Alltec” will remain top managers of the company.

The distribution of property of Bosov caused a conflict between applicants and became a reason for the trial. Initially, half the lobe of the billionaire in the “Allate” was framed on his widow, but then this decision was challenged the mother and four sons of a businessman. As a result, the Odintsovsky City Court ordered a notary to distribute the shares between the eight heirs.

Allete’s chief asset – Sibantzit company, Russia’s largest producer of metallurgical coal.

Dmitry Bosov, at that time she held the 86th place among the richest people in Russia with a state of $ 1.1 billion, committed suicide on May 6 last year in his own country house.
