Authorities will begin to deal with reluctance to go to Russian software

Russian authorities recognized the problems with the transition to the domestic software and intend to fight for accelerating the pace of import substitution. The company “Almy Partner” complained about the difficulty, the leadership of which believes that the Russian software does not want to buy in government agencies, Kommersant writes.

At the same time, he believes that in the near future the situation will deteriorate, as the Ministry of Media intends to simplify access to the domestic software register.

If the initiative passes, the development with minor changes will be considered to be considered. The company will receive a patent in Rospatent on it, and until he is challenged in court, it will have exceptional rights to software. However, he stressed Smirnov, in fact the company may not have any attitude to the development, that is, the transition to Russian software will take place only on paper.

Earlier, the head of Gazprom Alexey Miller warned that if the company fell to go to the domestic software on the general basis, then financial problems are expected.

A year ago, the Ministry of Communications, then the Ministry of Communications, on behalf of Vladimir Putin’s president, developed a decree on the transition to domestic software and equipment until January 1, 2021 and January 1, 2022, respectively. In November 2020, the deadlines were shifted for three years, since it turned out that there are no analogues of foreign developments in Russia and it is impossible to develop them in the shortest possible time.
