Introduced release of the mobile platform /e/OS 3.2, focused on user data privacy. The platform was founded by Gaël Duval (Gaël Duval), creator of the Mandrake Linux distribution. The project supports 253 smartphone models and generates firmware assemblies for the most popular of them. The /e/OS firmware is being developed as an offshoot of the LineageOS platform (based on Android), free of connection to Google services and infrastructure to eliminate the transfer of telemetry to Google servers and increase the level of confidentiality.
