Model remembered about Lady Gaga’s dress made from meat and created a bikini from cabbage

Brazilian model Cassia Mello, popular on social networks, sewed a cabbage bikini and posed for the camera in it. Her pictures are published by the Daily Star.

The 31-year-old fashion model, whom 67 thousand people have subscribed to in Instagram , explained that her swimsuit was inspired by the famous meat dress of the American singer Lady Gaga. Her set, in turn, is a top and swimming trunks covered with green cabbage leaves.

Mello, whose diet consists mostly of salad, is intended to reflect her love of healthy eating. “I fixed two leaves of lettuce on my chest, and two more on my lower body. It turned out great. In this bikini I would go to the beach and then eat it for lunch,” commented the heroine of the material.

The model believes that the “cabbage bikini” is much more environmentally friendly than a set from a mass market store. “This is my way of recycling food and cleaning the environment,” she concluded.

In a meat dress, Lady Gaga appeared at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles. It was made from slices of Argentinean beef that designer Frank Fernandez purchased from the butchers serving his family. The extravagant outfit caused a strong reaction from the singer’s colleagues, as well as from her fans, fashion critics and animal advocates. Following the award, the dress was exhibited at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum.
