The Head of Buryatia Alexey Tsydenov explained the introduction of a lockdown due to coronavirus with a desire to break increase in infectivity in two weeks. This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the government of the republic.
“The incubation period lasts for two weeks. We need now to separate people as much as possible, to relieve the tension in the healthcare system and testing system as much as possible,” said the head of the region.
