There is no comprehensive plan to tighten restrictions in the regions of Russia because of the coronavirus, a Kremlin official said, commenting on the introduction of the first lockdown in the Russian region – in Buryatia – during the second wave of the pandemic. His reaction is given by TASS on Monday, November 16.
Peskov recalled that regional authorities make decisions on imposing restrictions on their own.
