37-year-old Florida resident Duke Webb, serving in the Airborne Forces, is accused of killing three people and attempting to kill three more. According to CNN, the offender went to jail without bail. The trial will take place later.
City Police Chief Dan O’Shea said that Webb was just shooting at people indiscriminately. The police managed to detain the criminal without using weapons, but for a long time they could not find out where he was.
