Military just shot people in a bowling club in United States and ended up in jail

The soldier who shot people in the bowling club in the city of Rockford (Illinois) was charged reports CNN .

37-year-old Florida resident Duke Webb, serving in the Airborne Forces, is accused of killing three people and attempting to kill three more. According to CNN, the offender went to jail without bail. The trial will take place later.

City Police Chief Dan O’Shea said that Webb was just shooting at people indiscriminately. The police managed to detain the criminal without using weapons, but for a long time they could not find out where he was. Before the arrest, the military tried to hide his identity and hide the weapon, but the incident ended up on surveillance cameras.

The army confirmed that Webb began service back in 2008, and expressed regret over the incident. They also promised to assist the police in the investigation.

The shooting began on Saturday at about 19.00 local time (04.00 Sunday morning Moscow time). It was conducted both inside the building and outside. The victims of the incident were three men aged 73, 65 and 69 years. Webb also injured two teenagers. Another victim, a 62-year-old man, is in critical condition.
