In the Zvezdny microdistrict, the Center for the Operation of Ground-Based Space Infrastructure Facilities (TsENKI, part of the Roscosmos State Corporation) and contractors are continuing the construction of five residential buildings. Heating and water supply have already been supplied to the houses, preparatory work on the improvement is going on in parallel, as well as the installation of intra-building utilities. In the third house, the installation of windows has been completed, the window blocks have also been replaced in the first house.
Interior finishing works are already underway in three houses. The decoration of the apartments is carried out improved, with a continuous alignment of walls and ceilings, modern high-quality and durable finishing materials are used. At the same time, exterior decoration is being carried out – the installation of hinged facade systems with the installation of translucent structures for balconies and loggias. The finishing works are carried out by the specialists of RSM LLC, the installation of engineering systems is carried out by TsENKI on its own. In total, about 600 builders are involved in the work.
By the order of the Government of the Russian Federation, TsENKI was appointed the general contractor and the sole contractor for the construction of nine facilities of the first stage of the Vostochny cosmodrome. As part of this work, the construction of seven residential buildings in the Zvezdny microdistrict of the city of Tsiolkovsky will be completed, a complex for exploitation of the fall areas, a complex for processing construction and solid household waste will be completed. In addition, the construction of industrial construction and operational bases No. 1 and No. 2, a meteorological complex, roads and railways will be completed.
