France tightens restrictions due to coronavirus

So, the curfew has been expanded, which will now start not from 20:00, but from 18:00 local time. This innovation will affect such departments as the Alpes-Maritimes, Meurthe et Moselle, Saone et Loire, Moselle.

“This is a tough decision. In a week we will study the effect of this extended curfew across 15 departments,” Attal said.

He also assessed the chances of reopening the work of cultural institutions, stressing that so far this will not happen due to the spread of the virus.
