The new scheme includes a base rate and an 18-grade tariff scale. The Cabinet will regulate the differentiation of salaries and rates, as well as determine compensation, incentive payments and the conditions for their appointment.
In addition, the salary will consist of the basic salary, an individual bonus of at least 5 percent, additional payments for harm and work on weekends, bonuses for an academic degree, title and long experience – from 10 to 30 percent, as well as other additional payments … As Kabanova explained, the new salaries will also take into account the size of the subsistence minimum in the regions and other features.
As a result, the total additional payment can reach 60 percent of the salary, and in some cases – up to 120 percent. Also, state employees can receive material assistance in the amount of 30 percent and assistance for recovery – 50 percent of the salary.
Since January 1, Russia increased the minimum wage (minimum wage) and the cost of living: from January 1, 2021, the minimum wage is 12,792 rubles per month, and the amount of the living wage is 11,653 rubles. Now the minimum wage will be calculated based on the median salary.
