In Volsk, Saratov region, two Azerbaijanis were forced to apologize for drinking beer and gnawing sunflower seeds at the Eternal Flame. The portal “Volsk.ru” writes about it.
The incident took place on December 31, a member of the public council at the Russian Interior Ministry “Volsky” Elchin Allazov told about it. “There was a tough conversation. We explained that this should not be done. This is a low, mean act,” he said.
Both participants in the incident were gathered to recording an apology on camera. They were also fined.
A local resident Tatiana Zimina said that she tried to drive out the troublemakers, but they ignored her and threatened “some kind of omnipotent uncle.” In their apologies, the Azerbaijanis did not specify who they were talking about, nor did Allazov talk about this.
