At 17:30 on Saturday local time, the police received a message about the shooting. When law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, the suspect took the woman hostage and then shot her.
The victim was taken to the hospital. The attacker was wounded in a shootout with police officers. He later died in hospital.
Earlier it was reported that in the American city of Milpitas, California, an unknown person started shooting at a shopping center before Christmas. An attacker shot a man in a shopping center, after which panic arose. The police arrived at the scene and ordered everyone to calm down, not leave the mall and lock themselves in the pavilions.
