Kiev hopes to be able to build “dynamic and driving” relations with Washington during the administration of the new US President Joe Biden . This was stated by the head of MFA of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba in an interview with TSN.ua.
“We are expecting rock and roll … America and Ukraine are strategic partners. This is official and factual. Therefore, we need to add even more sound to this song of strategic partnership,” the minister explained.
According to him, security will become one of the main areas of bilateral cooperation. Kuleba expects the United States to help Ukraine “strengthen the country from within.” Other priorities will be cooperation in implementing reforms in Ukraine, as well as building closer economic relations and attracting American investments into the Ukrainian economy.
