The driver of the minibus drove a pensioner in a wheelchair into a 10-degree frost, who was trying to climb into the passenger compartment in Omsk. TASS was reported in the city department of transport.

The department noted that information about the incident has been sent to the carrier, a check will be carried out. “According to the Department of Transport, such a situation is completely unacceptable,” the agency’s source added.

Earlier in the group “Emergency Omsk” in “VKontakte” one of the users described the incident. According to him, on December 24, at about 17:00, an elderly woman in a wheelchair tried to get into a minibus at a public transport stop. As she climbed the stairs, the driver shouted, indignant at her slowness and said that she should ride low-floor buses. “Where are you going, I will wait for you!”, The author of the post quoted him as saying.

When the pensioner got into the minibus, the elderly man accompanying her began to fold the chair in order to also enter, but the driver closed the door and left, leaving the person at the bus stop. When passengers began to protest, the driver stopped the bus and kicked the disabled woman out onto the street.
