Portugal canceled New Year

On New Year’s Eve, the country will have a curfew from 23:00. Also, people will not be allowed to leave their homes from 13:00 to 5:00 from January 1 to 3. “We must completely abandon the New Year celebrations,” Costa told reporters.

At the same time, the Portuguese authorities decided not to impose harsh measures at Christmas. Families will be able to invite an unlimited number of guests to the festive feast. In addition, there will be no restrictions on movement within the country from 23 to 26 December.

On December 16, the government of North Macedonia also decided to cancel the New Year celebrations … From December 18 to January 20, all public events in open areas and indoors will be canceled in the country, citizens will be prohibited from gathering in groups of more than four people. In addition, the government recommends not leaving home after 6 pm.
