A psychologist named a way to tear a person off a smartphone

Psychologist Dmitry Sinarev named a way to make a person tear off a smartphone. The agency “Prime” writes about it.

The specialist noted that it is difficult, but possible, to draw a person’s attention to a live conversation. To do this, it is necessary to “break” his changed state, into which he plunges, looking at the screen. This can work if you take out your phone and ask the other person to put the phones aside. This may surprise, embarrass, upset or anger a person, but it will attract their attention.

In order to break the vicious connection with the phone, it is enough to learn how to control your attention, the psychologist explained. Physical activity can help, for example, you can put your phone away and do a little exercise, run a little or take a brisk walk. However, this has a temporary effect. If a person generally prefers virtual communication over live communication, then this is an alarming symptom and the problem must be solved “on a serious personal level,” concluded Dmitry Sinarev.

Previously a general practitioner Alexey Vodovozov called the use of smartphones one of the most harmful habits. He explained that people do not part with devices in public transport and the toilet, after which they take him to bed or at the dinner table with them. According to the therapist, a smartphone is dirtier than money. He advised wiping it down with antibacterial wipes.
