Scientists have found a link between eye color and susceptibility to disease

Scientists from the University of Colorado School of Medicine have found a connection between the color of a person’s eyes and his predisposition to certain diseases. The Freundin edition writes about this.

In the course of the study, scientists came to the conclusion that people with dark brown and black eyes have a predisposition to problems with blood, breathing and metabolism. However, they have a low risk of developing skin or eye cancer because their eyes are protected from ultraviolet rays. In addition, such people have a low pain tolerance.

Owners of green eyes, on the contrary, have a high pain threshold and practically do not suffer from depression. People with blue eyes are sensitive to ultraviolet light and are prone to alcohol dependence.

Earlier, British scientists spoke about the consequences of a lack of vitamin D in the body. Its deficiency can cause aching pain in the pelvis, lower back, legs, hips and ribs. The pathology is dangerous for the elderly, as it leads to fractures and osteoporosis.
