“The introduction of a total ban can lead to a decrease in the development rate of digital platforms and decisions, which can eventually adversely affect their competitiveness,” the ministry said in a message published in the Telegram channel of the Ministry.
The ministry emphasized that decisions on the format of the work of their employees should adopt the IT companies themselves.
“At the same time, we strongly recommend very carefully to the analysis of the risk of remote work of employees administering critical applications, as well as information security systems,” the message says.
At the same time, the Mincifers considers it impossible to have such remote work of developers in projects to create and develop state information systems and proposes to include relevant requirements in state contracts.
