The Portal of Knowledge, which is called the Russian analogue of Wikipedia, is planned to be launched in the first quarter of 2023. This was announced by the head of the Ministry of Cyphra Maksut Shadaev during the government hour in the State Duma.
The Minister noted that the main task is to have its own portal of “knowledge”, based on the actualized materials of the Great Russian Encyclopedia.
According to Shadaev, now the portal is in test mode and more than 100 thousand articles have already been collected there. In addition, the materials posted on the portal passed multi -stage verification.
Now, as the Minister noted, Wikipedia is marked as a resource that violates the requirements (legislation), but it is still available. “
