Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order to approve the concept of the formation and development of the Russian information security culture. The document is published on the official information security portal.
The concept determines the threats of information security of information leakage, unauthorized access to resources (from a technical point of view), as well as injury in digital space, the spread of fakes and harmful content (from a psychological point of view).
The strategic goal of stateliness in improving the culture of information security is the formation of citizens’ skills in citizens and an increase in the general level of cyber grance.
According to the document, it is planned to regularly monitor the literacy of citizens, convey information to them about the possible consequences of non -compliance with cybergigiete rules, increase their trust “to digital services, including state”.
Particular attention in the concept is paid to working with citizens up to 18 and older than 45 years, as “the most vulnerable categories.”
In addition, it is also assumed to increase the cyber graminess of officials. The concept notes that in working with officials a special emphasis should be placed in practical skills in confrontation of cyberosis.
