Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Oleg Syromolotov in an interview with RIA Novosti said that the United States plan to spend 11 billion dollars next year on cyber attacks against objectionable governments.
We are talking about large data and software means of their transfer in order to “subordinate objectionable governments through cyber attacks to his will,” Syromolotov said.
The diplomat added that the US authorities spend “huge money” every year. In particular, more than 11 billion dollars were allocated for 2023.
In addition, he also recalled the recent published doctrine, which states that the global information space is a sphere of interest of the United States.
